Since 2016, I have been directly involved with Learn to Skate (LTS) and Learn to Play (LTP) programs. I organized LTP in Philadelphia at Laura Sims Ice House and at the Rizzo Rink with Snider Hockey. Subsequently, after moving to Kennett Square, I coached LTS and LTS at CCSC and the University of Delaware.

I’ve been an ice hockey coach for 23 years, coaching age 4 through college. I played with the Concord Flames women’s hockey team, the Delaware Storm, attended women’s nationals several years and also played men’s league and a weekly pick up game in Aston for many years at Ice Works.

I’m a member of USA Hockey, the Professional Skaters Association and Learn to Skate USA.

My philosophy is “refs”- respect, effort, fun and last but not least, safety.
