Hilary Eberle:

Hilary Eberle has been skating since the age of 14 months and trained as a competitive skater until the age of 19.  She passed Gold level tests in figures, freestyle, and ice dancing, a silver level in pairs, and competed as a synchronized skater for the famous Buffalo Hot Fudge Sundaes precision team.  Hilary competed at the U.S. Nationals four times (1988-1991) and was 2-time Empire (NY) State Ladies Champion.  She has been at CCSC since 2001, balancing her time here with her full-time career that began in 1993.  She now works at DuPont as an IT Strategy and Key Program Leader.  When she is not on the ice, Hilary enjoys reading, baking, attending concerts and shows, and spending time with her husband and five children – Justin, Jacob, Megan, Ryan, and Brady.

Guest Coach, Russ Witherby:

Russ is a National International Coach who has been teaching since 1996. He is a member of the PSA and serves on many USFS committees including the Judges Committee.

As a Skater, Russ was a National, International, World & Olympic Competitor for Team USA in Ice Dancing.

1992 US Ice Dance Champion, 1992 US Olympic Team.

As a coach, Russ enjoys working with skaters at all levels and holds USFS Gold Medals in Dance & Free Dance, as well as International Dances.

Russ teaches all levels of Dance, Choreography, Freestyle, Moves in the Fields and Stroking.

Coach Hilary and Russ were training mates and we are lucky to have him as a guest coach through December. 

Arianna Matafias:

Arianna started figure skating at CCSC when she was four years old. She went on to run a figure skating club at her college in New York. She now works as a special education teacher in Media. Arianna has always loved to coach learn to skate, and is excited to be back working with the kids at CCSC this year!

Nicolette Petragnani:

Nicolette Petragnani started skating at Chester County Skating Club when she was 7 years old. She currently works as a Dental Hygienist in West Chester and she has been teaching for 3 years at CCSC. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with loved ones.

Alysse Young:

Alysse started skating at CCSC when she was 6 years old and skated throughout her high school years. Alysse’s gorgeous spirals and beautiful lines were always a CCSC ice show highlight!  She is currently a senior at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, studying Marketing with a minor in Italian. She returned to CCSC last year as a coach and says she has “loved every second”. In her free time she enjoys doing pilates as well as spending time with friends and family.
