Figure Skating Announcements:

Hi CCSC Figure Skaters!  I hope this email finds you all doing well.  

We will be starting our regular season on Monday, October 2nd and will again have skating on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the season.  Monday evenings will be 6:50-8:10pm and Wednesday evenings will be 7-8:20 pm.  During October we will have an extended figure skating session on Wednesdays starting at 6:20PM as LTS does not start until November.  

In addition to our group lessons we will be offering private lessons this year for individual skaters.  We can also give private lessons to 2-3 skaters together at a time.  Please note private lessons will be an additional cost paid directly to the coach ($25 for a 20 minute lesson, regardless of the number of skaters).

If you plan to return please let me know so I can schedule our coaches and lessons accordingly.  And if you're interested in private lessons for your child either individually or with a small group please let me know!  

P.S.  We're gearing up for a fantastic ice show this year with a theme I couldn't resist - BARBIE!!!!

CCSC's Figure Skating program is non-competitive and recreational, and focuses on building confidence and achieving individual goals.

• A one-time figure skating program registration fee is paid to the club for the entire season and includes instruction fees. 
• Registered figure skaters may participate in the annual Figure Skating Seminar (scheduling for this is TBD due to COVID considerations).
• Qualified and experienced coaches are members of the Professional Skaters Association and have decades of experience in the sport including Gold-level test completion, U.S. National competition, and training from U.S. World & Olympic coaches.  
• Our coaches use a team-teaching approach with structure group lessons throughout the season.   They also provide music cutting and choreography for solo/group ice show routines, and instruction time during ice show rehearsals and additional practices in January and February.
• The Annual Ice Show is a celebratory end to the season and an opportunity for skaters to showcase their skills.  Skaters participate in individual and group routines choreographed by our instructors.
